One of the tutors that works at beau d'art school Besancon (Rosalind) also works at ENIL, Ecole Nationale.

We were introduced to the director of the school before dressing in some very attractive clothing and having a full tour of the school and where the students learn and make the cheese
We learnt the different stages of making cheese from basic ingredients
to the final product. This was a great experience, really interesting
and It was great to be shown round the factory by some a nice man who was very enthusiastic about his job.
After lunch we spent the rest of the day with Rosalinds class helping to correct there English for a presentation they were giving the following day. I have a lot of respect for Rosalind as I found it quite difficult to understand what the students were trying to say as some of there English was very basic and my French is limited, although I very much Enjoyed this experience and feel I got a lot out of it.
